Add UI in Polaris

Apache Polaris can provide a UI (in addition of the swagger one) providing:

• swagger/REST API documentation
• browse namespaces/tables/views (entities), with option to manage entities (create, remove, ...)
• display TMS policies
• display external catalogs (federation)
• browse internal catalogs (with bridge between internal catalogs)
• later, we can imagine to add new views in the UI (like OpenLineage, RBAC management, ...)
