Description of the new feature / enhancement

1、希望增加一个选项，使裁剪后的窗口成为图片并不再随原窗口的变动而变动。
2、希望裁剪后的窗口可以通过长按窗口的任意位置在屏幕上拖拽，而不是只能长按窗口的title进行拖拽。

Scenario when this would be used?

1、原窗口被截取后，内容需要变更，使变更前的内容与变更后的内容可以比较
2、当需要查看的窗口的位置与其他窗口的内容的位置重叠的时候可以拖拽到屏幕的另外位置。

Description of the new feature / enhancement
1、I hope to add an option to make the cropped window become a picture and no longer change with the original window.
2、I hope that the cropped window can be dragged and dropped on the screen by long-pressing any position of the window, instead of only long-pressing the title of the window to drag and drop.
Scenario when this would be used?
1、After the original window is intercepted, the content needs to be changed so that the content before the change can be compared with the content after the change.
2、When the position of the window to be viewed overlaps with the position of the contents of other windows, it can be dragged and dropped to another position on the screen.
