MagenticOne top-level tab section

We need a "Magentic One" top-level tab. It should include the followings:

1. How to install.
2. How to use the MagenticOneTeam, with a running example.
3. Information about the agents: File Surfer, Web Surfer, Code Executor, and Coding Assistant.
4. How to use the m1 command line tool.
5. Add references:

• To AgentChat's MagentOneGroupChat doc (see below)
• To AutoGen Studio's doc on MagenticOneTeam.
• To paper and other relevant links.

Under the AgentChat documentation, we need a section either in Tutorial or a separate page to show how to use the ledger orchestrator only, i.e., use MagenticOneGroupChat. On this page reference the MagenticOneTeam documentation in the Extension.

You need to install autogen-ext[magentic-one]==0.4.0.dev13.

For the orchestrator only, look at the Magentic One Group Chat API Doc
