Develop and integrate connectors within the Semantic Kernel to support seamless data retrieval, manipulation, and storage across various structured data stores including SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Redshift, BigQuery, and Snowflake.

Scenarios

  • As a developer, I can establish a secure connection to my [database] database from the Semantic Kernel to retrieve and update data.
  • As a developer, I can use these data stores as memory for my agents and RAG using underlying search capabilities.

Requirements

  • Connection Establishment:
    • Implement connection setup processes for SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Redshift, BigQuery, and Snowflake.
    • Ensure connection parameters (host, port, username, password, etc.) are securely handled.
  • Database Operations:
    • Support standard Search operations
