To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Ctrl+Shift+P
  2. Type '>attach'
  3. Click on 'Debug: Toggle Auto Attach'
  4. Click on 'Only With Flag'
  5. Ctrl+Shift+'
  6. Type 'node --inspect=11129'
