Describe the bug

I upload a CSS style sheet for testing. I ask you to combine the classes so that there are no overwrites and optimize the loading.
From a 10500 line CSS file, it makes a 160-250 line code. I have asked him numerous times to work with the full code. Several times he asked me to reload the file (290kb). This costs a lot of tokens. Then he promised me to upload it once more, then he will surely work on the full code and the result will be great.
Unfortunately, he hasn't managed to do that once yet. So far ~1.5M tokens have gone to this.

So far he has not been able to help me in ANY way, neither in Python, nor CSS, nor even PHP.
